The staff were accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service. However, the room I stayed in needed a makeover, didn't match the internet pictures, and lacked soundproofing. The rooms are laid out nicely and have everything you need, with some offering a beautiful view of Manila Bay while others face a neighboring building.
