The Malayan Plaza Hotel Pasig City, Pasig City

The hotel had a convenient location in the Ortigas business district, offering easy access to major shopping centers and a variety of amenities. The staff were accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service. However, the room I stayed in needed a makeover, didn't match the internet pictures, and lacked soundproofing. The dining experience was okay but not worth the premium price. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel rooms are always well organized, but some rooms might need a bit of freshening up. The comfort level could be improved, but overall, the hotel makes you want to come back for more.
