The staff were accommodating and friendly, providing excellent service. However, the room I stayed in needed a makeover, didn't match the internet pictures, and lacked soundproofing. The dining experience was okay but not worth the premium price. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. However, the cleanliness was questionable as we found a cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival, which was disappointing.
